THE MULTI-VU® STORY
MULTI-VU® Pipe Labels are the first SAFETYCAL ORIGINAL! This fantastic pipe labeling system was developed back in 1981 with the help of a Maintenance Planner at a NW paper mill. Back then the mill was owned by Crown Zellerbach. And then, like today, SAFETYCAL was eager to help our client solve their problem. You see, in a paper mill, our customers are faced with some of the most harsh conditions imaginable. There are areas that are contaminated with debris, lime dust, moisture and chemicals, often all at the same time. So when our client called my father and asked him to take a look at a problem, we were on it! Together we came up with the MULTI-VU® Pipe Labeling system. This fully adhesive labeling system allows you to wrap your pipes, over-lapping the edges and virtually "locking" the label in place. There is no need to pre-clean the pipes. We adjust lettering sizes to fit your OD and we can add directional flow arrows at no additional cost. With our system, you will tremendously reduce the amount of money and time spent replacing markers.
Since that time, many other "copy-cat" products have hit the market. Still, not one of them compares with the durability and versatility of the MULTI-VU® system.
Over the years, MULTI-VU® has continued to grow in popularity. Not only do we still provde the standard 8" width, but we have added a standard 6" and a 12" as well.
